Fred Compton began his working career at the age of 15 as a busboy at Lebanon's Golden Lamb Inn, just up the stret from the Henkle Schueler offices.  Fred worked there throughout high school and college and graduated Miami University with a degree in journalism  He came back to The Golden Lamb after college for what he thought would be a "summer job".

He wound up staying 28 years.

Working solely in Warren County for over 40 years Fred has an intimate and expansive knowlege of the area and what it has to offer. Active in local affairs Fred is a Trustee of The WarrenCounty Historical Society, a director of The Warren County Board of Realtors, a trustee of the Creekwoods Recreation Association, a member of the Kings Music Association and works with the Warren County Adult New Readers, an adult literacy service.

Fred is a member of The National Association of Realtors,The Ohio Association of Realtors,The Warren County Board of Realtors, a member of both the Cincinnati and Dayton MultipleListing Services, and serves on the Operations Committee of The Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service.
